What is Women's Qigong?

Women's Qigong is a form of Qigong specifically designed to address women's health needs and concerns. It incorporates movements, postures, self-acupressure, visualizations, and breathing techniques tailored to support women's physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Women's Qigong empowers you to learn more about your energy or "qi" and develop the techniques and intuition to access better health. Qigong, at its core, is a health and empowerment practice and recognizes the potential for you to access your body's natural state of health and healing.


The word "qigong" is made up of two Chinese characters: "qi," which means energy or life force, and "gong," which means work or cultivation. Together, these characters represent cultivating and balancing the body's vital energy to promote health and well-being.

Qigong is a holistic practice that promotes the flow of qi throughout the body and aims to remove blockages or imbalances in the body's energy systems that can lead to illness or disease. The practice is designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall physical and mental health.

Today, qigong is practiced worldwide as a complementary and alternative form of healing. It is often combined with other healing practices, such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, and massage, to promote optimal health and well-being.
