Education-Understanding your nervous system through a polyvagal lens and the lens of Pain Reprocessing Therapy. Learn the signs and symptoms of a dysregulated nervous system and neuroplastic pain.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT)- Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is a system of psychological techniques that retrains the brain to interpret and respond to signals from the body properly,  helping you to break the cycle of chronic pain.  PRT stands apart as an evidence-based treatment to eliminate pain.

Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)-The Vagus Nerve has a key role in regulating the body's stress response.  Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a scientifically researched and evidence-backed listening therapy that activates the vagus nerve using specially treated music to promote physical and emotional well-being and regulation of the Autonomic Nervous System.

Mind-Body Techniques- Learn simple techniques focused on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.  Learn somatic exercises to reconnect with your body sensations, release trapped energy and promote a sense of safety and connection. I'll draw on my years of experience as a qigong, mindfulness & meditation teacher to help you reduce stress and retrain your brain to engage with yourself and the world from a lens of safety and connection.

Sound Healing- Sound healing is a wellness practice that uses sound vibrations to promote relaxation and cellular repair. A sound healing session can leave you in a beautiful state of calm and relaxation, whether through the vibrations of a tuning fork, crystal singing bowls, or specially composed music like binaural beats.
